At Alpenglow Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box or mailer.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
